One of my clients found out that I love Baklava. She brought some for me from your Bakery. It's absolutely delicious!! The flavor is so...so....good!! Never had Baklava that tastes this good!!
The funny thing about the pastries at Rex Bakery, is that they look so plain... but as with Danish Modern design, that no-frills look is actually quite special! I don't know how they do it, but every pastry in these cases is just divine; particularly if you love marzipan and pastry cream. Crunchy, crackly, flaky, and the cream isn't too sweet. It's all delicious.
