Sampa is a restaurant known for its fireful Filipino fusion dishes. Chef Josh's culinary skills shine through in every meal. Standout dishes include the Filipino Ceviche, Coco Shoots appetizer, Crispy Pasta with chicharrón, Crab Fat Fried Rice, and Lamb Shank Kaldereta. The Banana Leaf Sea Bass is a must-try off-menu item. For dessert, the Calamansi Key Lime Pie is a must. The Ube Sour cocktail is a delicious gin-based drink.
The ambiance is relaxed and perfect for a date night. The service is excellent, with the chef personally greeting tables. The restaurant has a diverse menu, and it can accommodate groups of six or more. Parking is convenient with a ground lot across the street.
While not all dishes explicitly taste Filipino, every dish served is delicious. The Crab Fat Fried Rice, Lamb Shank, and Escargot are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the famous chicken wings are only available during lunch, which is a shame as they are not on the dinner menu. Overall, Sampa is a highly recommended dining spot that offers an exceptional dining experience.
