Hands down, the best Persian food I've ever had. My dad’s side of the family is Armenian Persian, and I grew up eating delicious homemade Persian food made by my grandmother. I absolutely love Persian food.I recently moved to LA from Boston, and I had been missing my mom’s homemade food; I was craving it so bad. This place brought me back to the times I lived with my family, enjoying every flavorful taste with perfect seasoning.I ordered Ghormeh Sabz, Gheymeh, salad, and I couldn’t get enough. Every bite tasted like my grandmother’s cooking; it was unbelievably delicious, and I was actually surprised. I have tried many places, and while the food is okay, I will definitely be going back. I can’t wait to tell my coworker; finally, I can be proud of the delicious food this place cooks. The front desk gentleman was very welcoming and kind; he recommended a delicious dessert, and I was, yet again, not disappointed. The place, the staff, the food are incredibly good, worth every penny; you won’t be disappointed.PS: the marinated pickles (torshi) perfect, it was the cherry on top.

The beef and chicken koobideh lacked a lot of flavor. Also, the hummus was watery and seemed like it had been frozen or came out of a can. It was not at all creamy and smooth like fresh made hummus. Also the rice is not the best quality and was overloaded with butter. The rice kernels were not long and thin at all like your typical fine Persian rice. Also, the ghormeh sabzi was like someone made it at home and not from a fine dining establishment. You get cold lavash bread which is disappointing. This place is in a prime location and I expected a lot more from a place next to the Beverly Center, overlooking the intersection with windows. They have a set up for live music. They really need to work on the quality and taste. The one good thing however is that the meat is halal which means it's organic hopefully. Overall, seriously lacking in quality and taste which is a shame.

I always hate to leave low ratings however I think in this case the owner would benefit if he/she really take the situation seriously and take necessary actions. Parking is an issue, building is old and dirty it really needs an update ;not a bad idea to call the landlord!! Inside the restaurant also needs more care and cleaning.

This restaurant is mouth watering delicious. Their specialty is Persian’s foods. It’s a little of a beaten path but it’s a hidden gem. I have only been here during lunch time and they don’t get to busy. They told me it’s more of a dinner and banquet hall place crowd. We chose the lunch special, it come with the following...Let’s start with the Persian’s tea, it’s smell amazing, taste delicious, and very smoothing. Come with free refills. Then a side salad with homemade dressing. Next was the good portion and nice texture (not too smooth, a bit grainy) Hummus’s. It was serve along a perfectly toasted Pita bread. Finally you have choice of beef or chicken ground beef kabobs with rice and grilled tomatoes. We we have had both and I can tell you we have never been disappointed. The meet are the best quality meats. It’s very flavorful. The rice is nice and seasoned. This is supposed to be lunch but the portions are Definitely dinner sizes. The service is fantastic. We have been her many time and they have never disappointed us. The service is impeccable.
