I expected classic saudi flavors for kabsa and mandi but these flavors were different…I mean differently good!Realised later that these were Syrian flavors after asking the person who served us.Overall enjoyed the meal and service.
I tried this restaurant a while back and it was a great experience. You can never know what the atmosphere is going to be like places, but the older guy at the counter was respectful and he even took it upon himself to help me take my food to my car; i didn't even ask and he did it. Hands down best Lamb in Los Angeles! A little pricy, and they guys are a bit string and demqnding tips, but the lambs are still the best anyway. A bit pricy tho, but i understand what does it mean to have such a good meat.We stopped going there recently because we always were kinda forced to tip, and the prices itself are high, with the tip 15-20% option that u provide there, makes a meal for 30-35 bucks which is very high.
