There is an homeless man sleeping in the tables. Another is asking guests for money incessantly. Staff is really rude ( I’ve seen them give attitudes to different people on different occasions) and they forget to make drinks. Vons down the street is better.
Today, I was running on 4 hours of sleep, wasn't having the best morning, ordered the wrong drink online and realized when I got my order. A young tall skinny gentleman noticed the defeat in my face and asked me what was wrong, and I said I made a mistake and ordered the wrong drink and that's on me. I'll make like and order the correct one. And he was just sweet enough to make it for me anyway, I almost cried on my way to work because I was so happy! I had ordered the wrong drink for my son and the barista quickly realized that something was wrong with our order and offered to remake it for us. Really appreciated her recognizing that my child was upset and jumping in to help out! Thank you for your kindness!
