I had ordered the wrong drink for my son and the barista quickly realized that something was wrong with our order and offered to remake it for us. Really appreciated her recognizing that my child was upset and jumping in to help out! Thank you for your kindness!

Disgusting bathrooms. You charge $5-7 for a coffee and cant even keep clean bathrooms.There was poop and pee all over the floor. When he told the cashier, he was not even considerate. 1/24 around 5.45pm.

Workers here are some of the rudest. I’m not sure if they were just rude to me or general. I asked for the restroom code and the guy literally rolled his eyes. Can’t even say I didn’t buy anything because I did.

I am extremely disappointed in this location. I am a regular customer in the colder months and today I decided to stop by to purchase a grande vanilla latte. The cup felt really light so I popped the cap off and noticed about 50% of the cup was foam.

I ordered online and went straight to online pick up, my order wasn't there but I saw it was ready since it was in their work area but I wasn't completely sure if it was mine or not, that's why I didn't ask because they were also very busy. So, I waited and 5 minutes later they grab the order I saw it was ready when I got there and finally yelled my name. By that time my drink was all melted and the whip cream was almost gone.

AWFUL POLICY!!! I came to this store, spent $25+ on some drinks and bakery, sat outside and hang there for a while, before living while I attempt to use the restrooms, they wouldn't let me!! They said they were already out of order, being 7:25 pm. They close at 20:00. HOW is it that they accept customers until they close, but do not offer such a basic service as restrooms until that time? The solution the guy in the picture gave me: “the Panda Express next door have restrooms”. I didn’t spend my money with them you moron!!! HOW UPSETTING!! AWFUL COSTUMER SERVICE AND POLICY STARBUCKS!!

If ZERO stars were an option I would’ve put 0August 12th, 2023 @5:56pmNow, if this photo doesn’t give the slightest idea of the horrible customer service experience my partner and I encountered, no worries, I’ve got a story to back it!I’m sure you can see the workers clearly not helping this gentleman, right? Three people on shift and I’m not a hater against having a good time at work, by all means have fun! but when you have people standing there waiting to order while you’re sitting in a trio laughing, it’s not right to me.On this shift there’s a blonde girl, a tall guy which you can see In the photo then we have the lovely lady who likes to give dirty looks.She had brown long hair, pretty sure she was Latina like myself. My girlfriend and I went in and ordered drinks, she not only gave attitude, but when my partner started ordering she cut her off and was rude because my girlfriend was not sure of the name of the drink she ordered. She made us feel rushed for one, and did not give anyone after us the same treatment. Not sure if we made he uncomfortable for being gay? I’m not sure what it was . But regardless it was horrible treatment, dirty looks and then didn’t even tell us when our order was ready. Let alone even ask one of us for our names .She was very rude, and tbh I have never ever been looked at the way she looked at me with such a rude and dirty resting face.Idk who hired this girl but If you’re smart you’ll RE hire and/or re train your people on proper customer service.I can see from the comments I’m not the only one treated poorly .

Bad customer service from an worker who didn't allow me to get a different item when they where out of a item on the menu. I stepped back to find out what else my coworker wanted and when I wanted to order again she made me get in the back of the line. Unbelievable bad service from my local Starbucks .

There is an homeless man sleeping in the tables. Another is asking guests for money incessantly. Staff is really rude ( I’ve seen them give attitudes to different people on different occasions) and they forget to make drinks. Vons down the street is better.

Today, I was running on 4 hours of sleep, wasn't having the best morning, ordered the wrong drink online and realized when I got my order. A young tall skinny gentleman noticed the defeat in my face and asked me what was wrong, and I said I made a mistake and ordered the wrong drink and that's on me. I'll make like and order the correct one. And he was just sweet enough to make it for me anyway, I almost cried on my way to work because I was so happy! It was such a simple gesture and it made my day! On top of that, I've been coming here recently because this the only Starbucks in my area that makes my drinks correctly lately.
