I'll give the disclaimer that I'm not a frequent Starbucks customer. However, I want to say that this Starbucks goes above and beyond. The employees here are kind and caring people who really came through when my 7 year old accidentally spilled her frappachino all over their floor. An employee made her a small new one for free that was so sweet! She was mid tears when a woman who worked there called her over to come get a replacement- we hadn't even asked for help!
