I walked in pretty early in the morning, music is blasting through the speakers, possibly why the person taking my order couldn’t hear. Despite my order being only one Item I was in no rush as I saw a couple of people waiting on theirs. The guy handing out drinks has an awful attitude for a person who chose to work with customers on a regular basis. Why ask a customer if they’d like the beverage hot or cold if you’re going to input the opposite ? turn the music down and communicateParking: Limited parking unless you are trying to park at the pharmacy’s lot.

I'll give the disclaimer that I'm not a frequent Starbucks customer. However, I want to say that this Starbucks goes above and beyond. The employees here are kind and caring people who really came through when my 7 year old accidentally spilled her frappachino all over their floor. An employee made her a small new one for free that was so sweet! She was mid tears when a woman who worked there called her over to come get a replacement- we hadn't even asked for help! I brought my children came here because a preschool friend said it was her "dream to have coffee at Starbucks with my best friends," and this place made it a memorable and fun experience. My four year old enjoyed playing here with several friends while enjoying frosty drinks. Nice that it has a parking lot; I usually avoid Starbucks because it feels overwhelming but this location was relaxed after school. They're really nice here and I would definitely return.
