This is my second time going here in which I tried to use a coupon and was told that the coupon did not apply due to rules this particular store has in place (these rules were not listed on the coupon). If you plan on using a discount/coupon here make sure you ask about it before ordering.
Today, I went to Subway with a friend and had a terrible experience. I ordered a sandwich first, used the coupon to pay and when my friend tried to pay, a female employee told me that the coupon couldn't be used for the sandwich my friend ordered. We couldn't find that information anywhere on the coupon so my friend asked where that information was on the coupon, and the lady continued to behave in a very rude manner.
