So thankful to be able to try some authentic desserts from the middle east. Freshly baked and delivered to San Jose , my client brought some in for me to try the perouk. He got the apricot one, and holy, it is so good. I have to make a trip down to LA to bring some home! The sweetness of the apricot and the lacing of the top of the perouk went well together. I have purchased a few of your products and they all seem to be extremely dry and chalky. In fact they are so dry that I have to chase them a tea or milk! You might want to modify the recipe and test it. I would not recommend your pastries.
