I don't know how a franchise restaurant can fail to have quality control. I had a meal with chalupa, and it was not tasty at all. Service was slow. I ordered it through their app, and it came out pretty late, too. After I waited for a while, I informed a staff member that I am waiting. I received my drink soon after that. However, the food came only after I reminded them of my order again.
Taco Bell is the epitome of fast food done right. The service here is speedy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently mouthwatering; their Crunchwrap Supreme is a taste sensation! The ambiance strikes a balance between casual and cozy, making it a great spot for a quick bite.
