Great place. We had their creamy cheeky chicken ramen and spicy bold ramen (not that spicy). Fast service. Open late. We'll be back!

Love this place, I've been coming for a hot minute and their chicken broth ramen is amazing! I'm always here with my girl and it's always a vibe, the surrounding area is awesome and has all kinds of spots from ramen, sushi, ice cream, boba etc. Obivously I choose to go here and the staff has always been very kind towards us, would definitely recommend!

Yikes! Major difference from the Melrose Location - had BONES in my pork chashu????? ? ? The broth tasted a little off too.. almost had to throw up after tasting the bones in the pork... imagine paying $30 with tip delivery to get bony pork. I am so sad my weekend is ruined. WHO PUT THE BONES IN THE PORK

Really delicious tonkotsu ramen -- the broth was very rich and delicious! I had seen Tatsu many times but never stopped in. It was really worth it. It's not traditional but fusion hipster ramen. But hits the spot. My husband had the Mexican Birria ramen and liked it!

Not too much flavor. Service was good, ambiance was also okay. The food itself was not amazing though. We got the Birria and spicy beef ramen. The birria ramen was salty and there was little flavor. The spicy beef ramen was NOT good, some of the most flavorless soup I've had. The broth tasted like oil water and some fat.

We come here all the time because we love the birria ramen. Look it's good but the ramen is always inconsistent. One time It was less noodles and finished very quickly, other times it's extremely hot or nearly cold, another time it was less meat than usual which was sent worth the money. Staff are really nice although sometimes they don't listen to a written special request ( mind you nothing that is extra money). We love this place so much but the inconsistency is just too much now, cooks need to make all ramens equally as good, please fix this issue. I will say whoever is on aux has been killing it lately!

No wait on a Monday night for dinner, we were able to get seated quickly. Our order took about 20 minutes but Tatsu's ramen is always worth the wait. Bold Ramen Slow-cooked Tonkotsu (pork) broth, finished with a perfect blend of 11 bold ingredients. Thin noodles served with Tatsu Egg, scallions and fried onions. 4/5 Review - Great broth, the egg is my favorite as well as the bamboo shoots.

Long line ups! Everytime I'm there but worth the wait ! Yummy and perfect for a slightly chilly night, they have outdoor and indoor dining. flavourful rich decadent broth, and chewy delicious noodles. I like the ability to have each individual make orders and payment prior to sitting down, avoids splitting bill time waste when your with a group of friends :) Their Marinated egg in ramen was perfection. I recommend the BOLD RAMEN :) Follow me for more ! -LIVING WITH LUCI *

One of the best ramen in Sawtelle, they also have late night too. Definitely recommend the cheeky ramen

I'm one of the only people that like chicken ramen that I know and Tatsu's is the best. Their birria ramen is fire too this is my favorite ramen spot in the city no question

Order online without chopsticks. Really? Am I supposed to eat them with my fingers?

LOVE Tatsu. Went with a big party (7) and they were able to seat us quite quickly. I love the texture of the noodle and the broth is always so flavorful -- never too salty. I usually get the cheeky ramen and add a couple extra things on the side. If you add toppings, they'll come in a decently large portion size for the price that you pay for it. The restaurant is small, so if your party is larger, be prepared to sit outside. I'll be back!

Wow did this Ramen have FLAVOR!! Im vegetarian so I got the Hippie Ramen with Tofu & was impressed that even the tofu had flavor & seasoning! It's a small place with tight seating so not the best for large parties. The staff were super friendly & food came out pretty quickly! Would definitely go back again!

We decided to try a new ramen spot since our regular one on Sawtelle was crowded. Walked a bit and came across this place. Reviews were pretty good, so we placed an order online bec we had to get back to work. Waited outside and got alert about 10 mins later that the food was ready. Went in, grabbed our bag, and left. Got back to the office, no napkins or utensils in the bag. That's fine, we have plenty in the office. We ordered the vegan ramen and vegetarian fried rice. Smelled really good. Smells and be deceiving...Lol The soy sauce in the rice was overpowering, and the rice was overcooked. It was dry. I'm not sure how with so much soy sauce. The ramen would have been decent if I hadn't bit into something hard first bite :( Turns out it was a piece of plastic. That ruined it for me, and I was done.
