Torisoba Tonsho is a great new ramen spot in LA specializing in chicken products. The Original, The Dan Dan, and The Lemon Butter Ramen are all fantastic choices. The broth is creamy and rich, with a good amount of fat, and the noodles have the perfect chewy texture. The chicken chashu is tender and moist, and the Karaage is crispy and moist. The restaurant is clean, with professional staff providing a great experience. The Dan Dan has a nice kick of spice, and the chicken gyoza served with yuzukosho are delicious. Overall, Torisoba Tonsho is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious and flavorful ramen near work. Highly recommended for a great dining experience.
