Urth Caffe makes terminal 1 the best terminal at LAX, which is a standout airport for its soul-crushing lack of decent options. I haven't dined from their actual menu, but their drinks and danishes are as excellent here as at their other locations. This place has amazing salads, avocado toast, and best of a banging green tea boba. It is mixed with matcha and when blended is the reason I come back all the time. The ambiance is great and I love the brick, fireplace and vintage Spanish themed seating. The service is a little slow, but there is a ton of people all the time so it's all good, but just keep that in mind.

Super friendly service! It was nice ordering a latte and grabbing some pastries to go for my 3 hour flight. This place was very clean. I was surprised they have the glass bottle Evians which is a plus! Will continue to come here for coffee or lattes while waiting for my flights.
