Kudos to the ManagerCame through the drive thru late night, ordered $30 worth of food. The food was not good. I called the store around noon and the Manager was very gracious and fully replaced the food, made sure the food was delicious. Handled the situation with the upmost professionalism. Will be returning.
For what it is, fast food, my husband (I didn't eat it) said it was exactly what he wanted. It wasn't overly greasy or salty but was still flavorful. It was also cost effective.The drive thru worker was very polite & knowledgeable about the menu. He dealt with a large quantity of customers with absolute professionalism & speed.

Wendy's, all locations never prepared my order fresh or properly cooked.Now, they want to discourage people from eating during peak hours by price hiking...I will never eat there again.I suggest we boycott and go elsewhere.
