The place is run down and in need of remodeling. Service was ok. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba. Milk tea had weak tea flavor. I tasted mostly non-dairy creamer and sweetener, and it was way too sweet. The boba were slightly on the small side and hard--not sure if they were undercooked or old or what. It was hard to drink. The one thing a boba tea shop should get right is the boba. Definitely not coming back.
Ordered basil popcorn chicken. They gave a lot of chicken, I saw only one piece of basil and quality was so bad. I ate only few pieces. From health standpoint, you will be better of going hungry v/s eating this kind of junk food. I really don’t understand why people are selling food like this. Surprised to see no oversight from the government.

I was heading home from a doctor' appointment & wanted to get some boba for the ride home. I decided to stop by T4 since it was on the way & I haven't ordered boba from here for a while. When I walked in, there was no greeting or anything from the cashier. I was the only customer in the store - service was quick but not very friendly.
