I was heading home from a doctor' appointment & wanted to get some boba for the ride home. I decided to stop by T4 since it was on the way & I haven't ordered boba from here for a while. When I walked in, there was no greeting or anything from the cashier. I was the only customer in the store - service was quick but not very friendly. I ordered the Almond Milk Tea with boba (recommended by my sister) & it was good! It'll definitely be my go-to whenever I go to T4. Not sure if I'd come back to this location again - hopefully other locations have friendlier service.

The place is run down and in need of remodeling. Service was ok. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba. Milk tea had weak tea flavor. I tasted mostly non-dairy creamer and sweetener, and it was way too sweet. The boba were slightly on the small side and hard--not sure if they were undercooked or old or what. It was hard to drink. The one thing a boba tea shop should get right is the boba. Definitely not coming back.

Ordered basil popcorn chicken. They gave a lot of chicken, I saw only one piece of basil and quality was so bad. I ate only few pieces. From health standpoint, you will be better of going hungry v/s eating this kind of junk food. I really don’t understand why people are selling food like this. Surprised to see no oversight from the government.
Rude assistant manager. They were too busy to add 1 drink to my order and his solution was to slam my online order cups on the counter and say "fine, we'll refund these then" and walk away. Super rude and uncalled for. Poor girl working the register was appalled and so embarrassed.Follow up: to add insult to the situation the online order I picked up wasn't even correct!!!

i haven't written a bad review yet, but i think that i have to write a bad one on this. the first tea i got was already disappointing before i even took a sip, it was quite small for the price they were asking for. i was also disappointed that they were showed as a boba place but had no boba :( i took a sip and it tasted extremely bad. i brought it back up to he counter and asked if i could exchange it and they were very difficult about it. keep in mind that im only 12 y/o. they got their boss and he immediately remade a new one for me. thank you to their boss. the new tea was okay but extremely sweet... i thought that the tea was probably good considering how many people were always there. i will not be getting boba tea here again. as an alternative, i will be going to ceremony tea where the boba is real and the customer service is incredible.
