“This location is closer to me than going to Bakersfield. You would think with all the traffic it receives being attached to Pilot would have inconsistency in service but no it is always great service and the food is a bonus and they get it to you really fast“

Thought whoever the guy is on this saturday....needs some recognition...“
“This was a pretty nice visit but when you enter the bathroom and see bags over urinals... a 5-star is no longer possible. Also, the trash can in the men's room looks like it has never ever been cleaned. Also, the sink looked like it came straight out of a prison cell.The food was good. The service was acceptable. The men's room was disgustingly poorly maintained.Kid-friendliness: Bring them. Nobody cares.“
“5 stars because the employees are nice, friendly, and they keep this place super duper clean! During our visit here, the one tall [caucasian] male with parted hair made his way around the establishment TWICE, making sure to push in all chairs and swept up every little spec of trash found on the floor. He was also extremely enthusiastic [in a non annoying way] and smiled regularly which normally isn't something you come across too often. Shout out to you, YOU'S A REAL MVP!!! Food was piping hot, delicious, and was affordably filling. Per usual, McDonald's always comes through when I'm in need of something asap!! This particular location is highly recommended. There are multiple high chairs neatly stacked and available for use! I'd come back here in a heartbeat!! I'm a fan!!!!“
“This is honestly the best Subway I have ever stopped at. The employees were kind and sufficient! I ordered two footlong sandwiches with nothing to complain about. At other subways it seems like they count every piece of produce, but here they were great!“
“Person at the front counter has the worst customer service. I said, good morning to him, he said, yeah. I asked him if I could have the code for the restrooms. After I placed my order, he said no they’re not open right now. I asked him why they’re not open he said people are cleaning it, it was obvious nobody was cleaning it. Five stars because of the worst customer service ever.This place is located right off the highway, the only reason I really stopped is to use the restroom.At 7:37 AM, you would think a restaurant would have its restaurants open.*** update, manager said that the dining room open at 6 AM, and it still needs time to dry. “We unfortunately found ourselves stalled in the drive thru right as the establishment opened, but the staff were helpful and respectful of our situation, checking in on us while we waited on help to arrive. We went in for food and although it was not a particularly busy morning the staff were very respectful. Thank you guys for being so understanding and helpful to us!“
“Many times I've trekked on the 5 in the last 15 years, so I'm pretty familiar with what's en route. And I know this is the only Arby's on my route. So on this (possibly) last drive back to SoCal, I figured there's no better time to try than now. Big Bro, Hubbers and I were here for a fuel stop on our way back to SoCal. While they were gassing up the car and the U-Haul truck, I went in to take advantage of their 2 for $7 deal. Went for the classic roast because that's what they're supposedly known for. I know I sound like I've never had Arby's, because I have. But the last run was over 30 years ago, so this might as well be a first time. (What, they were just never in my radar!) Jumped back in the car, took a bite and... WOW. Was it always this tasty?!??For real, though. There was something about its simplicity that i really liked. Bun was soft and fluffy and they were generous with the protein. I really liked it!FOOD: 4. SERVICE: 3. VALUE: 5. 2 for $7, it's a steal. PARKING: Private lot. Located inside Loves. Shouldn't be an issue. OVERALL: 4. May have been awhile and may have been out of my radar for even longer, but no more. Might be my go-to when I find myself not in the mood for them usual fast food joints.“
