“The first perfect review I've given. Perfect comfort food. I loved how they had three different corn-based dishes (an underused ingredient). Corn cakes were delicious. Corn chips with queso dip were too. Same for the corn chowder. We also got the chile pepper grilled cheese sandwich, truffle fries, tempura cauliflower, and onion rings. All were excellent. Tables are a little small and the room is packed, but the service is good and the views are wonderful of the planes on the tarmac!Vegetarian options: Corn chips with queso dip. Corn cakes. “We have gone to the Blue Wing for many years. We went tonight because the Hip Replacements were playing. We had the best food that we ever had. We especially loved the shrimp and corn bisque. Nancy Wright joined on saxophone. Amazingly awesome.“

“The outside of the building is not the way it is a nice interior design and the food is excellent. The stuffed pork chop was stuffed with blue cheese and mushrooms. And the flavor was very good and the pork chop was cooked to perfection. The baked potato was good with a butter, sour cream, and real cooked bacon was the best.“

“This is our new pit stop when we travel from Humboldt to Sacramento on Highway 20. The burritos are huge! We picked up two on our way to fly out of Sacramento and could only eat one so we brought one to Hawaii and enjoyed it there! On our way back we stopped again and it really is a great road food choice for that drive! The hot salsa is a green salsa and is very good, I will be getting an order of that for later use next time! Great staff and a clean dining area with TV to watch if you are alone and a full bar that joins the restaurant. We were driving, so we didn't get anything from the bar. Perhaps sometime we can try a cocktail when we are not in a rush. We did get horchata both times too which is another nice treat for the drive and theirs is perfectly made. They were kind enough to double wrap our burrito order because we were eating in the car and we had the spicy green sauce added to the burrito on the second trip through so we didn't have to try and do that in the car driving. Please drive safe on the 20 and enjoy the beautiful scenery and local food options like this wonderful little restaurant.“

“Had some lunch here with the wife and my brother. Got a small carnivore calzone with a 10 piece wing. Food was damn good. Service was friendly, but slow. Thy also forgot my brother's order which was just a 10 piece wing. He reminded them after awhile, and they got it out to him quickly though. Great food, just need to make sure orders get out. Had some good lunch though. Will be back.“

Truffle and Prosciutto Pizzetta had soft whole clove roasted garlic with soft savory caramelized onions topped with fresh arugula. Bay shrimp salad was good. Gorgonzola bread worth getting again, an interesting take on cheesy garlic bread.“

“I love the grilled salmon dinners. So yummy. Usually cooked perfect. Staff is nice .service is fast. Usually have to ask for our check & sometimes we have to ask for drink refills..but overall it's really great. Steak salad is yummy. Haven't had the pizza but they look & smell yummy. Rib eye steak is sooo yummy. Prices are high.“
