Came in at 9:25 asked for a bigger plate and a plate. 35 mins before closing time had to leave 2nd plate as they refused to make more teriyaki chicken. I’ve been to different Panda Expresses doesn’t take longer than a 10 minute wait for them to make another batch as I’ve had to wait before for the chicken. I would’ve understood if I showed up at 9:50 or 9:55 but 35 mins before closing unacceptable.

Idk why but everytime I visit this location, workers seem to be on a bad mood. They take forever to acknowledge you and once they do they rush you to order, the interactions are horrible like if a rude robot is taking ur order lol food is good though and portions are getting smaller

Customer service really sucks,they don't greet you when you come in the store don't ask you do you want to order,just acting like they don't see you.
My dad just passed by an hour ago to get some food after a long trip, come to find out the person didn't even put the chicken teriyaki entree on the bowl. It's just rice in there, he paid cash and it's too much of a hassle to go back now. I just want the manger there to be aware that this is unfair, paying full price and getting rice only is very disappointing. Please double check orders not sure if this happens often but I hope it doesn't.

So, I really wanted to say I'm not a fan of the new paper replacement for the "plate" box. The food practically melts through the paper and ended up a slurried mess when I got home. That's all, I'm not criticizing the food or the employees. They're great, no it's those damn paper plates I hate.
My review is for the worker named Kat on 11/25/2023 around 8pm.. I would like to give her 5 stars... I don't normally eat Panda Express, but while I was at Walgreens. I figured I'll stop inside for some chow mein and orange chicken . Kat was making plates, refilling the food from the cooks, and helping with checking out customer. Excellent team player. I had an excellent experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by her. And the rest of the team were attentive, efficient, and created a positive atmosphere for everyone. Highly recommend!Food was fresh and good as well.
