I hate this place don’t recommend when I orders boneless wings they gave me a burger instead of my wings . And when I ate the burger they expected to pay for it. After that incident they gave me a bad attitude.

Food was just ok but the reason I gave one star is because there was a cockroach crawling around the whole time we were eating. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they said they would tell the manager. We ended up tossing our food and leaving. Huge waste of money.

This was our first time coming here after hearing great things about the food. Experience started great. Once we were given our food, being helped by CYNTHIA, can’t say enough about how rude this girl was. Rude face, rude attitude, just a very rude person. She should not be seen as a face of this place or having any contact with customers with that face and attitude. Every other persons we came into contact with was great. Food was delicious. But people like that ruin the experience. She just threw our containers of ranch in the bag and they busted all over everything. You could tell she did not want to be there at all. We cleaned up the boxes and asked her for a new clean bag and ranch and her attitude was terrible. We ended up leaving with less ranch than we should have gotten, she never gave us another bag for all our stuff, and a bad experience due to this one horrible employee.

Don't let the name fool you, Frosty Queen is not some whack Dairy Queen knock off. The burgers are great, so are the chicken sandwiches! The kids love to get their ice cream and dip their fries in it. The best Sunday in Madera is a matinee followed by lunch at Frosty Queen.

Ever since I was put on to this restaurant, about two and a half years ago, I most often order from here. I have no complaints about the quality of the food nor do I have any negative feedback on the customer service. I have always had a great experience with ordering my food through the Door Dash app.My orders were taken right away and delivered minutes before the given Estimated Time for Arrival. Food is delicious. Also affordable for an average size family of 3 or 4. They have family meals available. The menu for dessert has plenty of variations of ice cream items. The banana split is the best. The milkshakes are THE BOMB!!! My favorite combo is the Chicken Cheese steak sandwich with a Vanilla Milkshake. Yumm!!??
