Chocolate croissant review:This pastry was bread-y, sweet, dry and not as flaky as one would hope for. Decent as a sweet treat, but if you're after a traditional croissant you will be left wanting more.Price was $4.45 after tax.
We are from Pawley’s Island, SC and found Schat’s Bakery in Mammouth, while on vacation. Danish were the best we have ever eaten?. We would love to have some shipped to our home?or how about opening a location here! Seriously, do you ship?

Such a cool European/medieval castle look on the outside, cute inside as well. But the pastries/desserts were sooo good. The cupcakes are delicious with such a nice whipped cream frosting that wasn’t too sweet! We also had a macaroon and it was delicious. I had never seen chocolate honeycombs before and the staff member that helped us actually gave me one to taste because I had asked what they were. Great service, great food, great vibe!
