To be fair the ice cream here is amazing and that's why I came here. However, the other reviews are true the teenage workers do not have the best customer service skills and weren't necessarily rude they just seemed like they had a long day, but I came for the ice cream truly and nothing else. The music was also amazing 90s rnb. The place was clean and the ice cream was delicious! Give this place another try it's worth it.
Update: ***When someone finally got to the store and explained there was an issue. I didnt push what the issue was because its not really my business. However not having my cake for the party was a problem but the were very gracious and apologetic. They gave us the cake along with a full refund and a gift card for a future trip. I appreciate the customer service and the effort to make it right. They really need to think of a way to notify customers in the future is this happens...read full review

The impeccable cleanliness and professionalism added to the overall experience. The chocolate lava cake and cones are particularly delightful, making every penny spent worthwhile.
