“Wow! The ambience of the taproom is truly breathtaking! And the selection of brews is a little overwhelming at first, but it's an easy excuse to return another day and enjoy more libations. I live in Modesto and definitely believe making the drive is definitely worth it. And can I say that I love how it is kid-friendly too?! A great place for single folks and families to experience unique brews. Staff is great and you're supporting a small business with a big love for Christ. My kinda business! Don't miss out. And we went on a Saturday evening when it was super busy and had no problems getting our server without waiting more then a minute or two!Kid-friendliness: 4 kids. 2 are little. The salad bar was more than enough for both of my picky eaters. Drinks were in a kids cup so no messes. Extremely family-friendly!”

“The sushi was an 8/10. Rolls fell apart and weren't rolled tight enough but were tasty. Miso ramen was pretty basic. The spring rolls were too mushy on the inside. But the service and quickness of the food was fantastic. Highly recommend the veggie rice with tofu ($2.00 extra charge).”

“Where has this place been hiding? My husband found this place on Yelp, so we decided to give it a try. Thank goodness we did! We sat at the bar and our bartender, Cynthia, was attentive and jovial. The patrons were welcoming and friendly even though this quaint place was a bit off the beaten path. The food was excellent! We ordered a bit of everything: salsa sampler, guacamole (has heat), a puffy taco, an arepa, three empenadas, a pupusa, and a street taco. Each was filled with a variety of choice meats: chicken, carnitas, carne asada, shredded beef, and (oddly my favorite) ground beef. Everything is homemade, even their most delicious, soft, made to order corn tortillas. I seriously just told my husband that I wanted to go back already, and we just ate their last night. The lady next to is got the shrimp ceviche. I almost did, and I'm glad I didn't because she told me that it carries a lot of heat. Go for it spice lovers. They have a full bar and carry 8 varieties of Berringer wine; everything from bubbles, Moscato, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cab. The place was clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. We will definitely be back again!!!”

“Excellent food. Definitely order the bento box. It is a must when coming here. They have a wide selection of food items ranging from sushi and sashimi to bento and ramen. The waiter would occasionaly check up on us to ensure we had a satisfactory experience. The dim lighting with focused lighting at each table definitely adds a gentle feeling to the atmosphere. Overall I can't find a reason to NOT recommend this location to everyone I know. 10/10 would recommend”

“We visited this place last night. We had to arrive early since last week we arrived at 8:05 and we were told they stopped taking orders for dine in at 8pm. Knowing that now, we arrived at 7pm. Lol. The food was incredible, and prices were fair. My only complaint is that the food took a long time to arrive. Almost 40 minutes! But in the end, it was worth the wait! Thanks.Tip: the Garlic noodles and cajun fries are a must side dish.”

“As long as we live in manteca we really didn't have the desire to dine in at strings, boy was I missing out , we finally decided to come here to eat, this place might look a little dated but the food was on point we order 2 pasta dishes and some muscles and the bread are to die for, probably the best bread I had, everything was good and I'm sure the other items on the menu are great too, we were seated promptly and our server was the nicest and check in on us accordingly, if your in the mood for some pasta this is the spot.”

“We always have a great experience when we come here especially with our 3 kids. The food is great, the portions are very generous. Only issue this visit was our server didn't come around enough to refill our drinks. Other than that A+. “This place has the best beef and chicken tacos. Their chips are delicious too! We love their food. It's clean, and the bathrooms are sanitary. One of the cooks cracks me up singing with the Hispanic songs. They have several tvs and decent seating if you get there before the crowd. The only thing I dislike is everyone having to touch and share the condiment utensils. The staff is friendly, on point and fast!!!”

“I've been to this location a few times and service as always been good. The floors are typically so clean you can eat off them, and I love the extra scoop of fries since I love fries! I typically get a grilled cheese since I don't eat beef and there is nothing better than a hot grilled cheese with hot fries. Only issues, these prices are steep!”

“Quite possibly the best Mexican food we have had in a long time. This place is 30-45 minutes from our house and good enough to give us a reason to drive to Manteca to get it. Everything we had was delicious. Garlic shrimp, Al pastor, the beans and rice. The various salsas available just add to the wonderful flavors. The green sauce is perfectly spicy and good.”
