“We stumbled in out of the rain and saw that there were police officers eating as a mail carrier pulled up and was seated. Always a good sign! Then they started singing " these are the people in your neighborhood " from old school Sesame Street. No, just kidding, only in my mind. Anyway this place seemed cozy and inviting. Positive art work displayed and music playing. The staff seemed happy to be there. And, maybe related to one another? I sensed a family vibe. We were quickly greeted, seated, and served. I got a sausage scramble and hubby got eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy on the side. Food was good but mostly will return for the pleasant atmosphere.“
“Unassuming inside and out, with fantastic service & tasty bagels. I had the egg, bacon & cheese on an everything bagel and it was 9/10. The bacon was a little weird to me idk if it was turkey bacon or what but it gave salami vibes? Not my favorite, I’d probably just get egg and cheese next time. Hubs had a sourdough bagel and it was also quite tasty. Great selection of bagel flavors & spreads, plus chips and day olds. Definitely get there early bc they sell out of flavors!“
“It’s a small family business and they try hard. Everything is homemade and it’s made in the store before your eyes. we are thinking about a huge selection of pastry, some of them with some of them savory but all good. Free, huge parking lot, safe neighborhood.“
“We stayed in Vallejo back in September for our Napa trip and I am just now getting around to leaving all of my reviews. We stopped in here for a couple of beers and food after we arrived in Vallejo because we had an hour or so before we could check into our airbnb. It was nice because it ended up being just a couple of minutes from the airbnb! They had a very nice selection of beers to choose from. We ordered our drinks and food and then sat outside on the patio to get some sun. They had a lot of plants growing in planters all around, so it was pretty despite it only being a multi-level deck. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the beers even better. A lovely neighborhood spot for some drinks and snacks.“
“Incredible! This place is truly a gem. Very clean, organized, and lots of products to choose from. I decided to dine-in and try the Beet soup which is perfect for a cloudy day. The flavor is incredible! A huge thank you to the customer service associates that helped me navigate through the store and find the Polish Products that I was looking for. This is my first time here but definitely won't be my last.“
“Love it, incredible quality food and a good value considering how filling it is. The vibe in this location is nice, love the plants and big open space with lots of seating. Definitely order ahead for pickup because Rooted has you order at the counter anyways and then it can be a long line and a long wait. “What a lovely cafe to enjoy. Small and quiet. Great food. Enjoyed our breakfast. Avocado toast with salmon was sooo good. The eggs, potatoes and bacon were perfect. Coffee is outstanding. Has great garden seating or inside table seating. Friends have said lunch is great too. We will return.“
“Excellent Bay Area specialty coffee with vegan food menu and enjoyable for anyone! The coffee menu had a handful of creative and tasteful signature drinks along with the classics. While in line I heard someone ask if the drinks were sweet and they kindly said “not St4rbux sweet” which is a green flag for sure to anyone who really knows coffee. They also offered that customer to make their drink less sweet if they were worried. I had my go-to iced americano to see how good their espresso shots taste since I was sure they were doing something right with so many other good reviews and my experience up to that point. The good vibes were there before I even ordered and that coffee hit too! The Avocado toast is on the fluffiest freshest bread with some sprinkled hemp seeds and chili flakes. I also opted for some chili oil and loved it! Super friendly service and a wait time that was indicative of the care they put into each order without having to wait too long! I wish I lived around here cause it seems like THE local community coffee spot I would be frequenting.“
“The bread is to die for (no pun intended), and the cheese is nice and gooey. We were able to get helped even though some of the buns got too melted, they made it work for us. Also, there's plenty of seating and relaxing music. P.S. get the combo deal, chips and a drink for only 2.50“
