Tasty! Enjoyed a dinner from Pho May, and it was very yummy. Started with the fresh spring rolls, which featured nice prawns, goes great in a peanut sauce. Followed that with the pork & veggy stir fry, a generous loaf of flavor over rice. My wife enjoyed a bahn mi sandwich with grilled chicken. The French baguette sandwich was perfect, made an excellent meal. I've been coming to Pho May for years, always great, a nice family business.
My daughter brought home two orders of pho with rare meat. I had defrosted a dozen shrimp to put on mine. She took the meat from my pho and the very hot broth cooked the shrimp in minutes. We both loved our pho which we've had several times. Definitely will keep going back.

I ordered the chicken Pho when I wasn't feeling well, and I was extremely happy with what I got. The soup was nutritious and filling. The leftovers were even better the next day. I appreciated that fresh ingredients were separate, and I could add them to my liking. They use white meat chicken, which means there is none of the gamey flavor. Can't wait to order other items from the menu.
