“I ordered the chicken Pho when I wasn't feeling well, and I was extremely happy with what I got. The soup was nutritious and filling. The leftovers were even better the next day. I appreciated that fresh ingredients were separate, and I could add them to my liking. They use white meat chicken, which means there is none of the gamey flavor. Can't wait to order other items from the menu.“

“Though the hours indicated that they would close at 5 they still remained opened towards 7PM when i came by. It is located inside a busy marketplace area, so finding seating can be a little tough during busy times. Parking also a little hard to come by. The food was decent but a nice place to drop by for that part of martinez if you're looking for a quick pho/banh mi fix! Beef pho- OK, wouldn't choose it over most pho places. Flavor was a little bland and the serving portions were small Pork belly banh mi-LOTS OF CARROTS, though it wasn't exactly what i had expected it tasted alright. Overall, the meal was satisfactory for what it was but could have definitely done better on portion sizes. Rating is mostly for the great atmosphere inside and their hours are a bit confusing but still a worthwhile experience.“

“Yesterday I purchased a bunch of food i've never been to this place before. Brought it home and just yum yum all night long. The owners are beautiful people with their beautiful baby. And I am so proud of them. A young couple with a new business and a new baby can show people how it should be done. And the food was fantastic, the coconut prawns, The green curry either chicken and prawns over rice.I will be back. The restaurant was so clean. You can smell the bleach. I am so happy when I walk in and I can smell bleach. Knowing that the place is clean and sanitized.“

“I’ve only tried the chicken bahn mi and their Thai iced tea. Both very yummy and I recommend the bahn mi.. but I have an issue with how much ice they give you in the Thai iced tea. You basically only get a half cup of the tea. I will show a picture of what the cup looks like with ice taken out. And this is after I asked for less ice.“

The broth was awesome, definitely would've had a second bowl if I didn't scarf down their appetizers. The Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings had the perfect crisp to it, their Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls were refreshing, and the Cambodian Beef Skewers had me wanting more. “What an amazing addition to Pleasant Hill! First off, the service is wonderful. The man (whom I am assuming is the owner) is so nice/sweet. Second, there is actually parking in front for take out orders! Third, the food is amazing and portions are a good size! We ordered: 1. Shrimp rolls #1 -- fresh and yummy! 2. Bun Bo Hue #14 -- SO SO good!!! 3. Grilled Beef with Garlic noodles #33 -- SO good! My girls loved the garlic noodles 4. Grilled Chicken with Garlic Noodle #32 -- SO good! 5. Grilled Chicken Salad #23 -- my dad loved this salad so much, he finished the entire entree in one sitting. He Initially said he'd only finish half. The restaurant is very clean, and it's busy, so it sounds like this place has already caught on!“

“Best authentic broth in Concord.. hands down. The prices reflects that. A lot of Pho restaurants in general is just fast canned beef bullion broth as a base. No authentic spices, love, and time spent on the broth. However, Hello Pho is consistent and the broth hits all the necessary notes. They deserve a better location in Concord as they're the real deal for real on the real cause you know the deal it's not a steal because it's a real feel good tasting Pho... if you don't know now you know..“

“When Pho Benny took over a typical burger joint in town, we were ecstatic. We didn't have a Vietnamese spot in this stuffy town and boy was it needed. An example of how customer service brings you back to a place to feel the good vibes. I really do treasure my time eating here. I always get a pho bowl and a bahn mi (sandwich on a baguette) because they both are so good I can't leave one out. I'm a sandwich guy and the bread they use is the closest I taste to France. Meat is always tender and the vegetables always fresh. You feel like family when you eat at Pho Benny. Gold standard of dining in Lafayette.“

“Broth has stepped down in taste and quality. They used to have the better broths in the area. But today tasted like any other fast broth beef bullion pho. The tendon tasted old as well. Authentic broth so far is Hello Pho in Concord, Pho 2000 in San Francisco, Pho Tau bay in San Jose to name a few.“

“This newly remodeled gem is found at the old location of Pho #2 next to Jolibee/ Seafood City off Redwood. The food was excellent as usual! I got the Seafood Combo Pho and it was delicious on this cold night. It has ample amounts of mussels (which you never see at these spots), squid, shrimp and sliced crab cakes. The broth was piping hot and satisfying. The rice noodles rounded out a great dish. I see others get Oxtail pho and its humongous! Service is awesome (which is a pleasant surprise for a Pho place! My order came with a small bowl of a very flavorful broth. We also got one order of fresh summer rolls with shrimp.The food was delicious and plentiful.
