I'm curious as to why I see the general or regional manager (not sure which) taking tips is that normal for the franchise? I've also heard from a number of employees that sick pay isn't being honored they say they need a doctors note and even if they get one it's still not being honored. How does that work?

This location has been on a downward spiral for years now. It apparently has gotten so bad that this location is currently closed! Rumor has it their under new management (HOPEFULLY!) and this location is closed temporarily while they dive into the restaurant and make improvements that need to be made. Possibly hiring and training a new crew? This Subway has so much potential, I wish the new management the best of luck. Hopefully they'll be able to get in there and turn the place around!Vegetarian options: Subway offers lots of veggie options for their sandwiches everything is customizable therefore the entire menu basically can cater to a vegetarians needsDietary restrictions: Dietary information is clearly marked and easily visible and understandableParking: They have a drive thru however I noticed it always takes significantly longer to use the drive thru. I highly recommend

I don't even know what to say? They were out of allot of items and the guy was hella rude. Yelled at my pops because he asked for Lettuce on a specialty sandwich. Why the hell did he even ask my dad what he wanted on it then? No wonder Subway may go under with service like that. Also gotta love the handwritten signs.
