We stopped by this food truck on the way home from Yosemite and ordered the short ribs, chow mien, and grilled chicken. They gave us a spicy sauce (I think I tasted some Thai chilli in there?) which went really well with everything, especially the chicken. Service was excellent as well

We go there a few times a month. My favorite is the pork chops, drizzle the juice onto my sticky rice, with the pepper salsa? Mmmmm. The owner and staff are the nicest!!

This food truck in Merced is a hidden gem. Amazing food at a very reasonable price. The pork chop is awesome. I usually get it w noodles. I like that the food doesn’t have any The food is always fresh and hot. You really get what you pay for and in this case, that’s a really good thing! Highly recommend!Update: I had to add one more thing after todays order. I called it in 1 hr 45 min ahead of time. It was ready to go, still very hot and fresh. The reason I placed the order so far ahead is they sometimes run out of pork chops if you get there too late. This isn’t a knock on them. It tastes amazing and perhaps an item that needs to be prepared ahead. It’s totally understandable that they’d run out. The food is really, really tasty.

I’ve been traveling for work and have to eat out a lot, and it’s so easy to be disappointed. This meal has made me so happy. It is everything I dreamed it would be based off the photos. The rice is deliciously flavored. The meat is tender and so flavorful. It just doesn’t get much better.

I've been traveling for work and have to eat out a lot, and it's so easy to be disappointed. This meal has made me so happy. It is everything I dreamed it would be based off the photos. I came to this place today, and this will not be the last time come. I had the beef short ribs and fried rice, as a person who enjoys Asian cuisine all I can say I’m at a loss for words. This is easily one of if not the best Asian cuisine I’ve had here in Merced. The pepper sauce was amazing and flavorful. If you’re in Merced and want Asian food, you need to come here. Apart from the delicious food, the customer service is incredible. 100% recommend coming here to eat!
