Nasty chicken burger. No flavor in the chicken burger. Salty fries! No flavor to fries just salty. Will not be eating here!!!

I was a bit skeptical of the reviews but it was worth giving a shot. Truth be told, the chicken fingers are OVERCOOKED. Maybe their chicken tenderloins are low quality. If you buy chicken regularly you can tell these are the ones with striping that are sold really cheap. They were very dry and stringy. I chewed a single piece for a long time. Buffalo fries were decent but not worth coming back. Overall, the menu is overpriced and not worth returning.

Ordered on the Yelp app. Thank you for making it easier! Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo with bbq baked beans, hot sauce and hot bbq sauce along with a diet drink. I went in a little earlier and the worker was very nice. Easy to talk to. My order was already ready and handed over. I got a drink since it was a combo. Went to the drink station and got Diet Coke. After that I started leaving and the worker wished a good day! =) The place is safe and clean and practiced. Decorated in the Chicken Shack decor! Lunch time! Really fantastic bbq baked beans! A lot of flavor with a spicy kick! Love! LARGE sandwich, but really fantastic! Wow! Hot bbq and hot sauce making it even better! Seriously Love! Really spicy hot! Grilled chicken cooked perfectly. It comes in the form of 2 grilled chicken strips. Had fresh tomato, pickles, onions and lettuce too! Great service! Fantastic grilled chicken sandwich, drink and bbq baked beans! Highly recommended!

Their winds and shack bites are amazing! Always taste so tender and fresh. I love the Korean bbq and mango habanero sauces. They definitely have a kick to them! I've tried buffalo fries ans those are pretty good to. The portion size is great as well

Definitely not worth coming here...I ordered the chicken sandwich which was chewy and lacked flavor. The garlic fries were so disappointing. Overall, do not recommend because it's not worth your money...I'd rather get a Mc Chicken.

The food was so bad that I would give it a zero, but since I can't, I'll give it a 1. I got the fried chicken sandwich and the chicken was so overcooked and dry that it felt like I was eating a handful of sand from the Sahara Desert. If you're planning to go eat here, go prepared and bring a gallon of water with you to wash down the "food". Given the variety of sauces that they offer, you'd think one of them would have flavor, but in fact it's probably just water with food coloring. The quality of food definitely does not match the price. I would very much rather drive for an hour to go to Fresno for Chick-fil-A.

Customer service was attentive and welcoming. The food was good not great. Salad, shack bites, four waters(charged regular price for water. Weird), kids cheeseburger (extra for cheese and bacon on a $12 burger for a five year old), and a chicken wrap was about $70 before tip to feed four people. I we all thought every item (except the salad) was way over salted. Would go back for the customer service and give them another shot.

Have tried this place twice won't be going back! First time just got chili cheese fries! Boring!! So thought we'd give the chicken a try. Boring as well the chicken doesn't have much flavor at all just tastes like plain chicken dipped in flour and fried and the sauces are thin. Popeyes or kfc is much better!

We were very excited to try this place. I was disappointed poor customer service the girl that took our order didn't know the menu, she was not happy to help us. Our order was wrong they got the sauces all mixed up the wings tasted like they were boiled ,the fries cold had no favor. Over priced! Will differently not go back . We will stick with wingstop!

Every time I eat here it's fire so idk what the bad reviews are for. I've had everything to eat. If you don't like quality real chicken then I guess go to McDonalds. The staff are attentive and review each order before handing it to me.

I ordered the 3 chicken finger meal with sauce on the side. My friend ordered the chicken bites with sauce on. Both were over cooked. My chicken was super dry and they didn't give me my sauce. I only ate one and some of the fries and threw the rest out. Was pretty disappointed
