I've been here 3x. It's pretty good. The pho is 5/10 for me. I like the hungry man plate. The first time I went they must have gave me too much meat because every time since I've got less and less. The steak is so flavorful! Really good. The egg rolls are excellent too. I like this place and it's my go to in Merced. I've tried them all.
Great spot for pho and the bowl was huge and full of meat. They did run out of the rib when we were there which was a bummer. No wait at around 12:30 but people eat fast and shouldn't be too much of a problem. I also ordered egg roll which tasted ok but not my favorite. Broth tasted clean and noodles were cooked perfectly. Vietnamese coffee was very dark and chocolate tasting. Well worth to splurge on the bigger beef bowl!

The food is very good. The service was top notch when they first opened. It has slipped some since then especially in the last hour of dinner service. The wait staff has changed and everyone is rushing to go home which is understandable but sacrificing service. Food still comes out fast, good and hot. If you arrive in the last hour though, bring your own forks (if you're a fork user) when they switch over to disposable utensils. It's semi embarrassing to see your customers try...read full review
