I only had a bit of time to stop and get lunch when I pulled in here. Luckily there wasn’t a line so I was helped immediately by Leslie, she was super friendly and helped me get in and out within 6 minutes (not joking). This place looked very clean and all the ingredients were fresher than any Subway I’ve been in, in my life.

It had been awhile since I had been at the Subway on 16th & G Street.Greeted quietly, not rude.Ordered a turkey sandwich. Splatter of mayo and mustard that landed on her glove. Veggies did not look fresh, cucumbers and onions. She wiped the mustard that landed on her hand glove on my sandwich bread. I really did not care for that, in addition the bread was stale. $6.69 for sandwich and an additional$339 for chips and small drink. Not worth the value. The neighborhood cats enjoyed the sandwich.

The food was good, but what made this experience nice was the young lady who helped me. I'm on a walker and she was so kind while I figured out what I wanted while trying not to cuss too loud from pain. She was sweet, patient, and very understanding.

I hadn't been to a subway in probably 15 years and got a delicious Subway club the other day. Fresh product, clean atmosphere and great customer service. On my list of places to go now.

Went to this Subway and was informed that they don't accept any Subway coupon. What the heck!! I thought this was a franchise. So remember that all those coupons you get in the mail are not good at Merced Subways!!

Went to subway 45 minutes before closing and they were irritated that I walked in-sandwich was a disaster when made and would not recommend this location-motel drive

Had a bad customer service situation that hase feeling like I will probably never go back to this location of Subway at the corner of 16th Street & G. Street. They had a hand written sign on the wall stating they would only except certain coupons. They apparently only except very few coupons from Subway! The one I had was listed as excepted! But when I went to pay the register wouldn't discount my total & I was told they wouldn't honor my coupon, even though they had it listed as. 1 of 2 coupons they excepted. Coupon was valid but owner refused to except it so I paid & explained to the owner that I couldn't patronize a business that I can't trust.

Customer service slow, That's not a big deal. Ordered a 6inc roast beef sandwich. They only put TWO pieces of meat on my sandwich. I was basically eating bread and veggies. I won't be going back to this location.
