The very polite gentleman working the register was most helpful, he suggested that I add an onion rings to my chicken sandwich and Oreo milkshake and it was an offer I couldn't refuse on account of it reducing the total cost more than $3 .. If hes not the manager, he should be. Since im supposed to have it my way at BK.. promote that guy please +$3 raise because good performance should be equally rewarded.

Came thru the other day and ordered Whooper Jr, when it came time to pay my cards were getting declined! Even my bank card. I told the gentleman in the drive thru let me make a quick phone call and I apologized for the circumstance. While I was in the car another gentleman brought me the sandwich and said here eat it we don’t want it to get cold while you wait to get your situation resolved’ I obviously couldn’t eat it I had to figure out what’s happening with my cards. Once I got to know my credit was having some issues and my cards froze. I went in and said hey I can pay for it thru Apple Pay. They said don’t worry we voided it. They were super nice. Best treatment/ experience I had ever had at a fast food chain. I write a lot of reviews and if I could give 100 stars ⭐️ I would! Thanks guys. See you on the next run and keep being awesome.

I go to this Burger King on Calaveras about once a week and I can say for certain that these 1 star reviews are trolling or something.I usually go around 10 pm with my brother and recently I've been seeing the same worker. I do not know his name but I believe he is Hispanic? and he has a very calming voice. He's very responsive and polite, and always tells us to have a good night. Much appreciation to this guy and the workers.The BEST part about Burger King has got to be the fries. Whenever we go to this Burger King, our order is made fresh and fast. THE FRIES ARE HOT AND DELICIOUS!! I rave about them so much to my friends that they think I'm crazy but they do not understand the appeal because they have not relished in the glory of these fries.I usually use newspaper coupons I get monthly in the mail.I usually get the $18.49 Family Bundle (3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers, 3 Medium Fries) or the $5.99 2 Whopper Jrs and 2 Medium Fries. Otherwise, if my coupons expired, I get the Mix n' Match (2 Big Kings) and the Free Fries (under the offers) for $7.I will say that sometimes the whopper patties seem a little smaller than usual but that's just the Cali inflation happening at every place in the bay tbh. THE FRIES MAKE UP FOR IT. For the price, quality, and service, I will definitely continue to frequent here and recommend it.I have an old camera so the camera quality looks so poor but I SWEAR ON MY TOES THAT THE FRIES AND SERVICE AT CALAVERAS BURGER KING ARE GREAT!!!

My favorite breakfast outlet. Large burrito is value for $. Be sure to use the apps for more deals. Guadalupe at the register on weekend am is awesome. He supports drive through and walk in customers to his best. Outlet is located at a great location. Bathroom could be cleaner but it's very accessible by all kinds of customers so I believe it's hard to maintain. I wish they have better and more food choice but it's a franchise and it's not what the folks working at the branch can do. They have awesome team- from the front to the kitchen! Keep up the good work.

We only ate here once but it was an excellent BK experience; whoppers made hot and fresh, fresh oil for fries so they weren't a cancer inducing color, gave plenty of sauces & napkins, service was also excellent! Not too busy, perfect location. Would highly recommend.

Not only did they almost get my order wrong but still got it wrong, I wouldn't be as annoyed but I repeat my order twice and walked back inside thinking they gave me someone else's order. I didn't care to get another burger base on the window guys lack of caring.

Ordered off DoorDash, literally everything in my order was wrong, asked for spicy chicken fries, got regular, asked for a spicy burger melt, didn’t have one jalapeño nor did it have any spicy sauce, also asked for ranch as my sauce and got BBQ, when trying to call the store they don’t pick up the phone, I’ve always hated Burger King, now I remember why.
