Pretty good taste of all the dishes. The big Square-shaped soup bowl is sitting in the center of the table, and is heated underneath to boiling. Then you can selectively add the meats, vegetables and whatever prepared into the spoiled soup, as well as whatever you'd like on the table... After the soup spoiling again, you just pickup whatever in the bow, and just concentrately enjoy the wonderful tastes \\u0026 smells ? ...
Very salty. No best fresh meat either. so so cornbeef fried rice (came first before the main dish :( ) as the famous dish just ok. Tea is very good. For picky Asians like us, won't come back. Service is good.

Being a native Cantonese, I can say this restaurant serves one of the most authentic Cantonese and Chiu Chow cuisines in the Bay Area. Chiu Chow cuisine originated in Chaoshan region in the eastern part of China's Guangdong province and it bears similarities to Fujian cuisine due to the similarities in both of their cultures, language and geographic proximity.
