Great service! This location is a little smaller but same standards as the others. The staff were busy but quickly got my order and were efficient. I tried the black tie. Good cold brew if you are interested.
I am a regular customer here at this location and not only are the drinks delicious, but the customer service is excellent!! They go above and beyond their job descriptions in my opinion. The conversations that I have with the baristas are genuine and they truly do care. They all work together so well and my experience at this location every time I come is absolutely amazing!!! I work at Palo Alto Networks and my house is in south San Jose, this location is no where near my house or my office, the amazing baristas and their smile keep bringing me back here, they go that extra mile to make sure a coffee addict gets the best they can get and that happens 100% of time, more than happy to add 18 minutes to my daily commute at the cost of the amazing coffee I get here
