Went as they opened on a Monday. Felt understaffed for sure even with the hand full of tables at early but they did well with what they had.Good clam chowerder, good biscuts, and the endless shrimp was all around solid.

Terrible Service tonight! Plenty of servers we were seated by one lady , next we had a sever that never came back to check up on us . I had to ask one of the other server servers to call our server and they sent us a third person. I asked for a refill on ultimate endless shrimp and drinks since we were sitting here waiting about 10 mins and no one attended . Next I ordered a refill on a budlight was told they were changing out the keg waited about 10 mins next the server comes back to say they are out of budlight . At this point we were just frustrated and decided we needed to leave. We felt un welcomed not the service I expected . Thanks to Ivan the server he was more than happy to help us ! I don’t recommend if you’re looking to enjoy a nice evening dinner .
We love coming here, it is our favorite place for my daughter and my husband. We always leave happy with the food and the service. I don't give 5 stars because sometimes they bring us bread when we are about to come and that is supposed to happen when one arrives otherwise ok.Parking: It has a lot of parking and you don't have to pay for it.

My wife and I arrived in Milpitas/ San Jose from Las Vegas we found the. Red lobster on Calaveras blvd the host let us sit and order t the. Bar waitress and all excellent again surprise us with a ice cream sundae ? for celebrating our anniversary
Tonight we had a reservation of 16 people. We had an amazing time the food was delicious. Sadot Salvador was our server and he was AMAZING!!! He was very friendly took our orders and everything from our drinks, appetizers and the food. Thank you by far the best server we have had at this location! We have been coming here for years!

I can't recommend you go to Red Lobster anymore, this place costs $50 per person, and its emptiness when we ate speaks volumes for how the popularity of such restaurants is in decline. $50 per person is fine when you get premium service and food, but you really just don't. The food is alright, high priced seafood items are high priced, ok, makes sense. But the quality of service goes down year over year, servers waiting on less than 4 tables can't keep track of who ordered items anymore, are slow to the table, and generally had hiccups. This is probably a result of revolving door employment as opposed to highly paid and well trained staff, disgraceful. Spend your $50 elsewhere, it is no longer the past where that could get you a luxury experience.
