Owner is nice and friendly. Each bento has 3 dishes along with entree. One suggestion to owner is to have more selection of side dishes and can you pls bring back the stir fried glass noodles?

Always reliable, clean environment, and good food here. Like their stewed bento and frozen gyoza. So glad we can have this option nearby!

underrated Taiwanese place that needs some love! ordered the fried chicken cutlet bento box, which comes with three sides they picked for me (not sure if you can ask for specific ones?). I think the owner took my order and he was super friendly. the box came with white rice, a generous pile of sliced fried chicken breast, garlic cabbage stir-fry, celery-tofu stir fry, and a sort of saucy mapo-ish tofu. all of it was delicious, it tastes just like home cooking. the chicken breast was moist and not overcooked, with a hit of pepper-salt seasoning. the sides were also perfectly cooked and flavorful. it was a little pricey at $14.50, but still filling enough. I could imagine eating this every day.

Food are authentic Taiwanese bento style. Highly recommend. Even my little picky two kids said this is best bento box. Bento box was gone before I can take picture.

The fried pork chop is a bit too hard and chewy, and the skin is not crispy. Other than that, the rice and the sides for the bento box are okay.

Their dumplings are the BEST I've ever had in the US!! The skin is extremely thin and the fillings are sooooo fresh, juicy and flavorful. I keep their frozen dumplings in our refrigerator all the time, it's a meal our whole family enjoy so much :)!! Can't wait to get more yummy dumplings from WeHouse!!!

I tried WeHouse once before a few years ago when they first opened and I remembered enjoying their food but also remembered they had pretty small portions for the price. I decided to come back and give it another chance after it had been a while. I ordered a variety of things: mix any 2 gyozas (Pork Cabbage Gyoza & Shrimp Roe Dumpling), Danzai Noodles, Popcorn chicken rice box, and a side of French fries. Overall, it was still a little pricey for the portions, especially for the gyozas. Out of everything we ordered, the gyozas were still the best dish, but it was around $15 for 12 very small, bite-sized pieces. The popcorn chicken rice box was pretty bland and lacked flavor. It had the right idea of what to include as sides to pair with the popcorn chicken, but they all kind of tasted the same. The French fries were also limp and not crispy at all. The most disappointing was Dan Zai noodle: it started off good, then as you eat a few bites, you completely run out of the minced meat and are just left with a lot of noodles and some watery liquid at the bottom. The only real redeeming factor was the service. The owner (I assume) working behind the counter was very kind and attentive. He was nice over the phone when placing the order as well and made the experience better.

Service 5* Friendly and patient. I forgot my mask rushing into the restaurant but the cashier/wait staff offer me a free one. Decor 4* Simple modern Food 4* Nice Taiwanese style combo box food I chose #11. The pork chop is tasty and breading is crunchy but not starchy. Meat marinated just right. You get to chose 3 from about 5 or 6 side dishes on the counter. Out of many visits, these are my favorites : tofu, tomatoes with scrambled eggs. From previous visits: I've tried their pan fried dumplings. Quite delicious! It's not the northern Chinese dumplings with thicker wrappers. It's closer to Japanese or Korean dumplings with thin wrapper. Dumplings skins are crunchy while the meat & vegetables inside are moist. Nice. Seating: 1* Still takeout only

They dont even let you use their restroom even if you ordered online and picking the food. I guess you're not a customer if you don't do dine in.

The gyoza is really good. Couldn’t find one gyoza bento store in Bay Area, and this place is what I am looking for.
