Placed an order for 3 smoothies and 3 waffles. The smoothies made it but waffles didn’t. Tried calling the store multiple times and not once did anyone answer. I’m out of money for a product I did not receive. I will be disputing this with my bank ASAP
I've come to this Jamba Juice around 5 or 6 times and have only been able to get a drink once. All the other times I've gone they've had signs on the door saying they will be right back, or today when I went the door was unlocked, no sign but they said they couldn't serve us because they were mopping? It was 12:30 on a Sunday...& there were multiple people in the store. The smoothie I was able to get when they were open was delicious! Picked up an online order about 10 minutes after they opened. It looked like they were still getting up to speed - moving slowly.
