Order great greens juice it, it wasn't fill up and it cost $7 ish and they still added ice and blended it. I told the employer this tastes like water.

I wish their were no stars. How are you a food and or drink establishment in California with no restroom for customers and route then to go to subway. Shame shame shame. No restroom for customers is a sanitation violation

Picked up an online order about 10 minutes after they opened. It looked like they were still getting up to speed - moving slowly. But it wasn't ready at my specified time - had to wait another few minutes. They also open up pretty late, compared to other jamba locations. But my orange c booster was delicious. I also noticed they now have paper cups. I was used to the styrofoam or the plastic ones. Also join the jamba rewards - there's always a coupon or deal. And you earn points for future discounts.

Thurs at approximately 8:30 am. Hours say open, doors are open. I walk in and even see what I think is an employee in the back (they scurry away out of site once I walk in). Wait about 3 min. Another gentleman walks in another couple minutes pass. Still no service at the front. No acknowledgment or even a courtesy "I be right with you". The other gentleman goes to the side as far back as he can and ask the young lady "are you open?" Response is " I'll be right with you". Wait a couple more minutes , still nothing. Worst experience ever. I'll take my business elsewhere. That was terrible.

Placed an order for 3 smoothies and 3 waffles. The smoothies made it but waffles didn’t. Tried calling the store multiple times and not once did anyone answer. I’m out of money for a product I did not receive. I will be disputing this with my bank ASAP

I was really craving a smoothie and the sign said open at 8am. Waited until 815 and still no one showed. Why have a sign that says open at 8 when no one is there at that time. So disappointing.

I've come to this Jamba Juice around 5 or 6 times and have only been able to get a drink once. All the other times I've gone they've had signs on the door saying they will be right back, or today when I went the door was unlocked, no sign but they said they couldn't serve us because they were mopping? It was 12:30 on a Sunday...& there were multiple people in the store. The smoothie I was able to get when they were open was delicious! This location is just too unreliable and I've given them multiple tries

I went in this past Saturday to purchase a beverage(Surf Rider) for my granddaughter. A young lady greeted me. Her name was Ashley. As she took my order , she was very pleasant and had a very vibrant personality and extremely friendly. After she took my order she quickly went to work and had my order completed in no time. If you stop by this location make sure to look for her. All the associates there are GREAT, but Ashley is the "BEST EVER"%

I just went in they were super friendly I specifically remember kai and Jessica I hope I got her name right. I apologize sweetie if not. Either way it was great service excellent in my book and both girls were super kind. I am going to start stopping in now that I found it being new here. If you're looking for fast but great stuff go see the girls in the am it was fantastic
