I had ordered two drinks with boba through Uber eats and it was mediocre. The boba wasn't cooked all the way so it was a bit hard and not chewy. The royal milk tea had an odd taste that tasted like raisins. The passion fruit tea was ok.

I ordered a surprise bag and got a yogurt green tea and a peach tea, both with boba and regular sweetness. The yogurt green tea was too sweet for me but the peach tea had a nice sweetness. I would love to come back and try their other drinks!

Teas were refreshing and delicious. Lychee jelly and Thai tea were way too sweet. Service was fast and friendly. Cozy ambiance with two tables.

I'm glad I found this hidden gem, a cute little boba tea shop. It is nestled within CVS Mall next to the Trabuco Hills High School. Interior of this place isn't too loud or flamboyant. Lit enough that not overwhelmingly bright and super clean too. Below is what I have tried thus far. - Winter-melon - Grape Green Tea - Lychee Tea - Grapefruit Tea All above with bobas in them. So far, I enjoyed them all. Especially Winter - Melon has been favored by all my family members. What I like about Momot tea house drinks is, that they seem to live up to their name "Tea House" as I was able to tell their teas were brewed, not poured in some kind of prepackaged powders. It appears they serve other ice blended along with slushes. When the opportunity arises, I will give those a try. Keep up the good work Momot!

Ordered to go and was late in picking up due to heavy rain and car issues. Owner was super nice and understanding and waited 15 min after closing. The boba tea is very good and the owner deserves all love coming his way!
