21 Best Pizza Restaurants in Mission Viejo

“Had a nice evening at Dominicos on the lake this evening. My wife and I had reservations and were fortunate to ask Kory for a patio table which he accommodated. Michael took us to our table and was very kind and professional. Pedro came by with our bread and water and said hello. He is one of the hardest working individuals at the restaurant. Eddie our server came by and took our orders with a bottle of Austin Hope and bread to start. My wife ordered a chicken breast salad and I had the chef's special stroganoff which was amazing. Unfortunately my wife's salad came out 30 minutes after my stroganoff which was a cardinal sin in the restaurant business and we mentioned it was not acceptable. Eddie apologized and we also had Steven, the GM, come by and also apologize and ensure the salad would be out shortly. The salad was delivered, of course after I ate my entree and Steven dropped off and apologetic gift certificate for an appetizer during our next visit. We also ordered an additional beef stroganoff plus an order of meatballs to take home for tomorrow. We undertake things happen and it's certainly nice to see the restaurants busy again but a party of two receiving their entrees 30 minutes apart is not conducive with quality service. I am guessing the chef either misplaced the order or overlooked the obvious and we hope next time we will not have such issues as the restaurant is very good and in a fantastic location. Michael also came back around and stated he was concerned about this mishap and would look into this. As a retired government administrator and former restaurant manager in my college days I expect the simple things like entrees being delivered at the same time to be in sync with quality service and dining. We will be back and see if in fact this was an isolated incident. Good food and ambiance plus. “Sal’s is a class A establishment. I messed up my order (grandma pie with breadcrumb and onion + sausage pinwheel and cannoli + black and white cookies) I ordered for pick up when it should have been delivery. The owner delivered the order himself. The grandma pie was on point and the sausage pinwheel was right! Waiting to taste the desert but im sure it will be great. Thank you Sal’s“

“We love Rubinos. Have been customers for a loooong time. We used to go to a closer one at Margeurite and Portola. But, that location closed. We gladly go a bit further to get take out pizza, pastas, garlic bread and salads from this Rubinos. Great food.“

“We want to thank CPK for honoring Veterans today. They gave a delicious complementary supper tonight with a nice menu. The food was delicious. The staff was excellent. Service was fast. Manager thanked the veterans and gave us a handshake and a flag. He even had a table set for the missing soldiers , sailors, and Marines. Happy that everyone in restaurant was having a great time. Staff was all friendly and excellent. We eat here about ever other month. Very affordable, great pizzas and pastas“

“My family and I have been going to World Class Pizza for a little over 8 years now. It is easily one of the best (if not THE best) pizza places in town. The pies have a delicious, fluffy crust of medium thickness, the sauce is absolutely delicious and tastes as if it’s from a cherished, old world recipe, and the mozzarella cheese is of high quality as is evidenced by it’s rich, buttery flavor. Best of all, the owner is a super nice guy. Please note that World Class Pizza is a place where you place your order and pick up your food for take out. There is no seating to speak of. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend World Class Pizza.“

“This is the first time coming here after “Big O To Go” was sold. I am happy to say that the pizza, wings and salad were incredible. The new owner is very nice and he makes a lot of what he serves from scratch. The homemade ranch was awesome. The salad and toppings were very fresh and the pizza was terrific. I highly recommend Constentino’s and I think it would be amazing to have another pizzeria stay in business for 40 years like Big O did.“

“For the best pizza, look no further but go to OC PIZZA, Mission Viejo! the pizza is made with high quality cheese and ingredients, perfectly baked! loved their OC signature pizza and Tomato Basil pizza! Don’t forget to try their wings and mozerella sticks! Great atmosphere, awesome sitting by the bar (great selection on beers and wines), great staff and service! Great place for families with kids who can play inside at arcade setup within the restaurant! oh yeah what more could one ask with football live streaming and delicious breakfast to dinner menu with happy hours?! place is LIT! 🔥

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian delight and l BYO (Build your own) option with many vegetables ingredients. Their margherita pizza is soooo good! Must try! They also have Gluten free base.

Parking: It’s by the Ralphs store, very huge parking lot and easy to find a parking spot and dine in and get groceries from Ralph’s.

Kid-friendliness: Our kids love this place! Huge arcade inside for them to stay entertained and the best part is arcade is not in isolated place/dark room walls. So kids can play while you can watch them without getting up from your tables and while eating. They have atleast 7 game machines (or more) for kids.“
