I haven't been here in a long time. I really didn't like how you order at a kiosk and have to wait for your food to be completed before you get a drink cup. Also, there is no customer service interaction at all. It's like buying food out of a vending machine. I'm not sure how I feel about this at all!!! The food was fresh and hot and delicious. Much respect to the gentleman with the California State tattoo. He was running the show by himself (other member was at lunch) and he still delivered promptly! Food was still very tasty, quality was great, not rushed, and he still was very polite. I will be coming back just because of him. Thank you good sir!

This spot deserves a higher rating. I love going here for the chicken Philly cheesesteak. I highly recommend. Although there isn't much space to actually eat there, you can't really expect much since it's at a mall. The service can differ depending on how busy they are but for the most part you just order your own thing in the kiosk.
