I put in a delivery order through door dash, nobody from the restaurant or doordash called to confirm the changes to my order. My order was nowhere even close to what I even ordered, I have allergen issues to ingredients that are on the items they sent so now I have to find food elsewhere and toss this food they sent. Seems like this location just puts together at random what they want to send out. Completely unsatisfied with my order and what I received.

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, don't count on this location. The wait time is ridiculous!! I'm talking 20 minutes +. There are only 2 employees & orders are being piled in. On some days, there are 3 employees, but the wait time is still insanely slow af! The pick up area is always dirty too. Also, if you're a DoorDasher, don't accept the order unless you want to wait for ages. I've seen people wait over 30 mins. Please hire more employees!

This spot deserves a higher rating. I love going here for the chicken Philly cheesesteak. I highly recommend. Although there isn't much space to actually eat there, you can't really expect much since it's at a mall. The service can differ depending on how busy they are but for the most part you just order your own thing in the kiosk.

Okay I don't normally take time so write a review but today was my first time ordering from this place. I ate the small kids cheesesteak and it completely hurt my stomach. Now, I haven't had anything hurt my stomach in a while so I'm a little concerned and hope that this place is following cleaning and sanitizing standard. I just read reviews and some people saying this place is dirty. I'm no one to judge but honestly my experience was bad so I hope this doesn't happen to another person.

On Friday, January 5th 2024, this place use to be one of my favorite Philly cheesesteak places, but I had to wait 35 minutes to get my food and it was a little busy, but I wait longer as restaurants than this. Missed out eating with my family who ate at different spots in the mall and I was super disappointed in such a long wait. Sandwich was good, but the wait was unbearable.

Most ridiculous employees ever. I've watched 3 sets of customers leave because they weren't even acknowledged as they waited in line to order. I would fire every one of these people. Employees will make or break a business. Never again. 12/13/2023

I am from Philadelphia area. These are not cheesesteaks. The rolls are boggy and of no taste, the meat is not prepared the same and there is no option for american or cheese wiz which are staples. Mushroom and peppers? An abomination. Service is non existent and the place os loud and dirty.Besides all the above- its great!

I haven't been here in a long time. I really didn't like how you order at a kiosk and have to wait for your food to be completed before you get a drink cup. Also, there is no customer service interaction at all. It's like buying food out of a vending machine. I'm not sure how I feel about this at all!!! The food was fresh and hot and delicious. It wasn't very clean on the tables or floors either. And there were only like 6 people in there. I might come back, but not sure how I feel about this visit? You try it, and ,please, let me know how you feel.Kid-friendliness: They do have kids meals and drinks.
