If you look through all my reviews, I rarely give a bad review. I really dislike giving them, however this JIB location is a total mess and I'm not talking about cleanliness, I'm taking about doing their jobs in a satisfactory manner. So I had to kill some time while I waited for my tire appt. Came here and ordered a cluck sandwich. Everything went well. Staff was actually friendly to my surprise, and they got my order right. I was happy about that.Overall, this is the first time I've been here in a long time. This is a good experience compared to other fast food restaurants in the area.Good service is what keeps me coming back to jack in the box chains. I used the drive thru this evening. I was greeted at the speaker box in a friendly, efficient manner. At the window, the young man JaSon was patient as I struggled to find my wallet in my purse. He did a great job, my food was hot and it didn’t take long. I worked at JIB when I was young and I know when somebody does a good job they deserve to be recognized for it. ?
