My husband was so angry that day. (We like Jack in the Box, my husband worked for them before) He decided to buy me breakfast because of how busy I was that morning but when we got to the drive thru the cashier made us wait about 5 min to take our order then took another 5 min to give us our food, leaving the bag on the window seal because they seemed confused about what they were going to give us. They didn't give us everything we asked for and when I opened the bag there was a long hair in my cold & dry breakfast sandwich.My husband went inside and asked for a refund keeping his composure while observing the workers and their incompetence.The cashier didn't look like he knew what he was doing, the fryer looked miserable and checked out, the griller looked sloppy with messy hair all over her face and the manager...; I'll give her the benefit of the doubt because she looks like she is trying to clean up her life, was not taking her position seriously. At least she gave my husband a $13 refund from a $10 purchase. Not going back to the Jack in the box on McHenry & Briggsmore.

Don't even waste your time coming here not only did they forget half the order the put ingredients on a burger that don't come on it and didn't put on it what we asked for. Complete waste of time and money. Never again.

I used the drive thru this evening. I was greeted at the speaker box in a friendly, efficient manner. At the window, the young man JaSon was patient as I struggled to find my wallet in my purse. He did a great job, my food was hot and it didn’t take long. I worked at JIB when I was young and I know when somebody does a good job they deserve to be recognized for it. ?

This is what they think is ok to serve the public. I have no words. A cold, poorly made burger that looks like it was sat on as well as probably sat out for quite some time. Disgusting!

Went through the drive thru and asked for sugar-free lemonade. The only reason I go there. I'm diabetic so it's what i can drink besides ice tea. The guy in drive thru gave me a Sprite loaded with sugar. I go through the drive thru because I have a prosthetic left leg. It's hard for me to get in and out of the vehicle to go in, but I had to go in to get my sugar-free lemonade. Guys, better watch out. You might get a wrongful death lawsuit it this keeps happening. Also the crews on each shift needs to act more professional they want $20 an hour than act like it not like a bunch of high schoolers on lunch break working back there. Totally ridiculous!!!!!???

If you look through all my reviews, I rarely give a bad review. I really dislike giving them, however this JIB location is a total mess and I'm not talking about cleanliness, I'm taking about doing their jobs in a satisfactory manner. I ordered through the app and patiently waited for my order. There were no other customers inside the restaurant so when 15 minutes passed, I inquired about my order and there on the Doordash shelf was a bag with my name on it. I asked if this was my order and they told me it was not. I responded that the reason I'm asking is the bag has my name on it. They smuggly assured me it was not my order. When I asked if they could confirm the order the lady looks right at me and says "what name did you put it under?" and I told her, "My name! Olivia. And ironically, it's spelled the same way it's spelled on that bag that's been sitting there." The manger came in, checked the order and then handed me the bag. No apologies whatsoever. As I'm walking out, both ladies behind the counter smartly said good night with a little tone in her voice to which I responded back very sincerely, "good night" They both repeated it again in unison. Wow. Yes, my food was cold and there were no dipping sauces in my bag either.
