Absolutely horrible. My mom went in to get a sandwich for me and apparently they didn't have many veggies. They barely gave me a handful of spinach, a HUGE handful of onions and green onions, like 10 pieces of olives, a row of cucumbers, 4 measly tomatoes and they absolutely drenched my sandwich with oil to the point where it soaked through the bread and paper. When I tried to call to complain, they were already closed. What's the point of being in that location when they don't even stay until 5? Never ordering from here again. Would rather drive to the Duarte location. Unbelievable.

So disappointing. I have not been to subway in nearly 6 years. Nothing is the same. The bread was not fresh and had very little flavor for Italian herb and cheese. Further more I chose tuna and there was barely any tuna in the sandwich. This is not premium white albacore clearly. I added avocado slices which was an additional $2 dollars. Prices for avocado are significantly decreased compared to a year ago. I can buy an entire avocado for $2. I added a small bag of chips. Total cost for everything was $15 dollars! !Prices are high everywhere but this is ridiculous. I will never go back. Good luck keeping customers. Nobody enjoys being ripped off.

Clean, and very efficient. As far as that chick with the one star for ADA violations. First off, service dogs are never carried. So, I call bs on your service dog. Just a snob wanting to bring in her pet.

Why is it that you can't see a proper menu nor prices without entering your info so you can be constantly bothered with ads? I just want to know what you have and prices!!! Why is it when my niece is picking up something for me, she never sees what I see online. You have different menus and it sucks!

The workers don't seem to understand what cross contamination is. I saw both the manager and the other co-worker fill out paperwork and touch other objects not food related without changing their gloves. I was disgusted on the lack of knowledge when it came to cross contamination. Parking also is a horrible experience when there's no parking lot forcing you to park on a main street that is always really busy.
Sadly this place is anti-ADA laws. I walked in with my service animal in my arms and stood in the very back. No other customers were in the place except one man social distancing. I was told my dog was not allowed. I explained she's a service animal. I was then ushered outside where the manager would take my order. I explained that this was against the law and she asked for my Service animal's jacket. Because it was raining, I didn't have it on her.

We are here all the time. Usually good service and no problems. Tonight I go in and two young guys as customers no masks and not asked to put them on. Let's be part of the solution not part of the problem. Please Subway. No mask No service!!!
