I was excited for dim sum and hoped it would be better. SHU MAI Tasty, packed with proteins and juicy. Flavor was decent, but not the best I've had. CHICKEN FEET They were too chewy :( they were hard to eat bc they were still pretty tough and not cooked long enough. SHRIMP IN STICKY RICE PUFF BALLS They had nice flavor. I have yet to find a decent dim sum restaurant here in So Cal and Capital Dim Sum is no exception. The dim sum places in Nor Cal and even Las Vegas are so much better. The dim sum at Capital is decent at best. Selection is limited with only the usual dim sum fare of siu mai, har gow, sticky rice in leaves, cheung fun, etc.. A small hole in the wall. I think it is an outlet for the Capital Seafood restaurant in the same strip mall. You don't need to know how to speak Chinese, just look at the pictures overhead and order by numbers. What you see is what you get. I got 7 assorted dimsum orders for about $43 including taxes already. The danger is over ordering because you will want to try everything. Sorry no pictures, ate everything as soon as I got home.
