I must say, I dont eat birria tacos that much, but this was fantastic. Came here on a Saturday night and there was a line. If theres a line, you have to assume that its pretty decent. Since we were out in the area, we really wanted Chinese food, but this place just kept on calling our name. We got the tacos with cheese and the consume on the side. The tacos were so juicy and flavorful an the cheese was just oozing out of the tacos. The consume was salty and almost like a beef broth. 3 tacos were definitely a decent amount since we also ordered other food from a different restaurant. Like all food trucks, there is no where to sit unless its the sidewalk. They also have a variety of other options like burritos, tortas, and quesadillas if tacos arent your thing. Staff was friendly and everything was made hot and quick. It was so hot that my food was still steaming. Would definitely come back again!

I just went to the truck in Monterey park. The guy taking the order was so rude that I decided to leave. If you own this franchise, I would highly suggest you get rid of this guy. He is killing your brand and reputation. I definitely won't eat there again

Loved the bone marrow tacos. One order comes with the bone, 2 tacos and the consommé. They tasted great. Will definitely get them again. Order ahead if possible they do take 10-15min to make if there's no line. In case you didn't know this is a food truck located in front of Ralph's supermarket.

Overall: 3.8/5 (dine in)I placed an order through Yelp then received a call a few minutes after. This man - who I think is the owner of the food truck - calls to tell me that they're out of bone marrow so he offered to replace it with the sample platter (which is more expensive) instead. He was very nice and said he will make it fresh when we arrive. The truck is parked on the street side of Ralph's parking lot. We were confused on which truck it was since there were two taco trucks next to each other with only a car distance in between them. The "owner" was pretty observant and must have seen how lost we looked so he called out my name. He told me that he'll make the order now and that we can sit at the little table set up on the side of the truck. There are sauces, napkins, hand sanitizer, & utensils set up.Sample Platter ($20.74): This comes with 2 tacos suaves (beef birria soft tacos), 1 taco dorado (beef birria crispy taco), 1 quesi taco (beef birria soft taco with melted cheese), & an 8 oz consomme. They give you another box that has red onions, cilantro, white onion, radish, & limes which you can add to your tacos. They all tasted pretty similar. I was a bit disappointed that the birrias flavor didn't really come out for both the beef & consomme.3 Amigos Trio Platter ($20.74): This comes with a quesi taco, 1 mulita (beef birria with melted cheese in between 2 tortillas), 1 vampiro (beef birria tostada topped with crispy melted cheese), & an 8 oz consomme. My favorite was the mulita then the vampiro. These had more flavor than the other tacos.Agua Fresca ($7.15): We wanted something refreshing after such a heavy meal so we got lemonade with chia seeds which sounds like an interesting combo & actually worked.Overall, I don't think the food is worth the price but the customer service is on point
