A few weeks ago, I waited 1.5 hours for my drink...I was a bit annoyed, however, what can I complain about if this place is just that good and popular! The gentleman (I think he's the manager) came out and gave all the customers lottery scratchers as his sincere apology! What a nice kind sir. This place is my favorite hehe. The drinks are delicious. They're made with fresh ingredients AND YOU CAN TELL. The prices are kind of higher, but it seems appropriate for the quality. The inside is cute (nothing crazy) and clean, and there are a few places to sit down... plus you can watch them make the drinks fresh to order (literally... it's the center of the place LOL). This place has become a favorite for my partner and me, and we make it a weekly tradition to visit. While we tend to skip the toppings like boba or lychee, we absolutely love their slushed drinks! The fruit-based and matcha varieties are particularly outstanding and are a definite must-try.
