My wife and I both love Asian food and my wife has been wanting hand made noodles. We live in the San Fernando Valley and we haven't found any hand made noodles in our area. So I looked on the Internet for the best hand rolled noodles and Kam Hong Garden came in second. I told my wife that we were going to dinner but I didn't tell her where. We drove for over 1hrs in the rain ?️ and traffic. We were greeted and sat down right away. Their menus are different from the picture on the website. We ordered the Beef Stew with Hand Rolled Noodles Soup and also the Leek with Minced Shrimp Boiled Dumplings and also the Saute Spicy Shrimp ?. We were so surprised when they brought out the food. The portions were huge and so very flavorful. Their Hand Rolled Noodles were the best Noodle we've ever eaten. If you want real Hand Rolled Noodles this is the restaurant that you have to come to. We took our leftovers home and had a wonderful lunch the next day.

Ridiculously cash only in the age of 2023 and the food is not good enough to make me specifically get exchanges for it. Worst dumplings I’ve ever had. The dumpling’s skin is so thick that I didn’t taste the filling in the first bite.

Shohan noodles are really pure and delicious! Salads must taste good and fresh! Auntie's service attitude is super good! I go here often, but the only drawback is that the cold dishes can be assembled to make them even more perfect! I’ve basically eaten all the noodles! It can be said that everything is great???

The lamb noodle soup is beyond delicious. One of the best meals I can remember. Excellent food and service. The shredded potato dish, made of parboiled potato, had a slight snap and texture like tender papaya. So delicious.

I ordered a couple's lung slices and a box of minced beef. They said that this has been the case since they opened the store. The beef is not good. It was a pile of leftover minced beef. It was not touched and they were not refunded or exchanged (this was only after eating for a while). The photo shows it was all minced beef), and he also said that I have never seen husband and wife lung slices made just like this. The noodles are not only salty but not fragrant, and the beef is so braised that it is too chewy. Why do people still come to this junk shop?Do you know if you get 5-star reviews? What kind of rubbish can you put here because you don’t know how to cook? It’s the first time I passed by here for a casual meal. It’s the first time I gave a negative review. I’ve eaten at too many noodle restaurants and I’ve never given a negative review. I ordered Husband and Wife Fei slices and was served a box of minced beef. I just asked politely if I ordered it by mistake. However, the shop owner directly criticized me and told me that the soy sauce beef and Husband and Wife Fei slices were the same dish but with different seasonings. He also said that I had never eaten Husband and Wife Fei slices. , if you want to cancel the food, just say it is on the table and not return it. I have never seen such an arrogant and rubbish store.

Reasonable price for great foods. Our family loves that lamb noodle soup , veg fried rice, beef rolls, and egg with tomato noodle soup.

I can't believe after all these years of coming and recommending to friends I've never wrote a Yelp review for this place. This is one of my favorite hand pulled noodle place in the 626 area. The lady at the front has been here since I first discover the place 6-7years ago and she is the friendliest (not sure if she speaks english though). Their thick noodles are perfectly springy, flavorful and just the perfect bowl of noodle. Important note, they are cash only. I highly recommend their lamb soup noodle, tomato and egg dry noodle and their braised beef dry noodle (this one has a sting garlic and comes with cilantro).

Good, but cash only. The cashier lady only speaks Mandarin. But I got by somehow with very broken basic Chinese. Parking is tight, not many spots in the front, may need to go to the back.

For the price we paid, it's hard to complain. We ordered 6 dishes for around 70 dollars. Chicken curry rice, beef noodle soup, bean paste noodle, tomato egg noodle, beef rolls and green onion pancake. I think the tomato egg noodle was my favorite - make sure to get it with the knife cut noodles. The green onion pancake disappointingly did not have much of a green onion taste. I would skip this next time. Everything else was typical. They take cash only, by the way.

Very yummy lamp noodle soup and beef rolls! The only down side is they serve hot soup in plastic to go bowl. Will definitely come back again

They serve all dishes with disposable wares, take cash only and demand a minimum of 10% tips. It's the only business operating in such way that I have encountered so far. Not a very pleasant place to dine in my opinion.
